1. The deal
Flare provides AI visibility monitoring, hosted profile pages, and review management tools for real estate professionals. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 8. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on the monthly or annual billing date you selected. You can cancel any time from your billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are in USD or CAD depending on your selection at signup. Canadian subscriptions include applicable GST/HST calculated at checkout.
3. 60-day money-back guarantee
AI visibility builds over 60–90 days. We know that. So if you give Flare a real 60 days — complete your profile, let the monthly tracking run, check the action plan — and you see no improvement in your AI mentions, email us at no-reply@localhost within 60 days of your first paid charge.
We'll review your account, and if the product genuinely hasn't delivered any value, we'll issue a full refund. The guarantee covers your base subscription — not the Foundation Setup add-on (one-time service, delivered at signup).
4. Your data and privacy
Your profile information, review data, and visibility results are yours. We use them to provide the service. We don't sell customer data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
5. AI-generated content
Flare uses AI to draft review responses, generate profile bios, and create FAQ content. All AI-generated content is presented as a draft for your review before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you approve and publish under your name.
We never auto-publish responses to reviews under 4 stars. Negative reviews are always flagged for your personal response.
6. Review request compliance
By using Flare's review request automation, you confirm that you have the appropriate consent to contact each person in your list — under CASL (Canada) and TCPA (United States) requirements. You agree to use the review request feature only for people you have directly worked with.
7. Cancellation and data retention
When you cancel, your account remains active through the end of the paid period. Your hosted profile page stays live for 30 days after that, then goes offline. All your data (profile, reviews, visibility history) is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. After 90 days, data is soft-deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
Flare is not responsible for decisions made by AI engines about who they recommend. We build the signals that AI engines use — we can't control the output of third-party AI systems. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you've paid in the prior 3 months.
