What we collect
We collect the information you provide (name, email, professional profile details) and data we gather on your behalf (reviews from connected platforms, AI visibility results). We also collect standard server logs and usage analytics to improve the product.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide the Flare service: generating your hosted profile, running AI visibility tracking, aggregating your reviews, and sending you reports. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity) to deliver the service. Each has their own privacy policies. Your data is shared with these providers only as necessary to operate Flare.
Data retention
Active accounts: data retained while subscription is active. Canceled accounts: data retained for 90 days post-cancellation, then soft-deleted. You can request data export or deletion by emailing no-reply@localhost.
